Service Crew / Waiter / Waitress

Roles & Responsibilities

Overview
As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting both service and kitchen functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally in accordance with the Company's service standards.
• Attend to customer enquiries, requests, feedback and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
• Promote menu items through upselling and and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Handle cashiering duties and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen support duties as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Replenish and stock supplies, ingredients and operational materials as required.
• Comply with all food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate as a Service Crew.

Requirements

• Diploma in Food & Beverage or related field is preferred.
• Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and pleasant personality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with customers.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
