Test Process Technician (Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

• Sustain backend manufacturing processes by monitoring daily test times, production yields, and key performance indicators.
• Perform data queries, statistical analysis, and physical analysis to trace and investigate the root cause of test failures and yield excursions.
• Identify equipment bottlenecks and implement process improvements (recipes, setups) to optimize the manufacturing flow.
• Develop and release test process documentation, work instructions, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) aligned with Seagate's quality standards.
• Utilize software, electronics, and mechanical skills to repair equipment issues and conduct preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
• Min 3 years of working experience in Cleanroom Environment
• Proficiency in data analysis, basic scripting/programming (Python, SQL, C, or C++), and statistical problem-solving (e.g., 5-Why, DMAIC, Fishbone)
