HVAC Controls Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Manager or Project Manager providing engineering support with overseeing assigned project and contract sites to ensure effective daily operations customer satisfaction and performance management.

• Responsible for the design planning testing commissioning software programming and on-site supervision of BMS in line with project plans and contract specifications.

• Conduct testing and commissioning for BMS FAS and Security Systems including preparation of technical submittals method statements compliance documentation OSE Report and O&M manuals.

• Provide after service follow up and solution to maintain customers control or BMS system

Role Purpose:

• Support system setup programming and commissioning activities.

• Support project manager with project execution testing and troubleshooting

• and gaining hands-on experience in HVAC energy management and building automation.

• Acquire and apply technical knowledge in HVAC systems energy management and building automation technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree qualification in Electrical Electronics Mechanical Mechatronics or a related engineering field.

• Demonstrate interest in building automation energy efficiency and smart building technologies.

• Experiences in control systems or IT networks is beneficial.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) with a good understanding of HVAC systems lighting controls and building automation technologies.

• Knowledge of building automation protocols programming language and system integration.

• Display strong interpersonal teamwork and communication capabilities.

• Capable working in construction area or high stress environment.

• Willing to work in odd working hours e.g.: after working hours or midnight.
