Job Responsibilities

• Build develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify clients financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Proactively acquire new customers through networking referrals and business development activities.
• Provide professional financial advice and deliver excellent customer service.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as deposits loans investments insurance and wealth management solutions where applicable.
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure clients financial objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements internal policies and banking procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver appropriate banking solutions.
• Stay updated on banking products market trends and industry developments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any field.
• Prior experience in relationship management sales business development customer service or the banking/financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
• Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of banking products and financial services is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be based in Singapore.
• Language required: English Mandarin
