What will you do
You will be involved in:
- Aligning with the Global Occupational Health (OH) strategy and supporting the management of workplace OH risks and opportunities at local and regional levels.
WorkingwiththeOccupational Health Manager on the delivery of OH services at GSK Asia House.
Assisting theCluster OH Lead Physician in OH governance within Southeast Asia.
Participatingin Independent Business Monitoring (IBM) gap analysis & governance processof GSKGlobal OH Standards.
Promotingstrong collaboration and engagement with stakeholders (e.g. EHS HR business leaders) to deliver health and business solutions for occupational health challenges that enhance productivity reduce presenteeism and build resilience.
UtilisingGSK resourcesandrelevant technology tools to drive efficient ways of working.
Assistingin OH performanceevaluation usingdata analytics.
Updatingonleading Occupational Health practices and notable workplace initiatives (both inside and outside GSK) that protect employee health.
Strengthening ofthethriving healthy and resilient Occupational Health culture.
Creatingcommunication contentviadigital channels including newsletters emails and video messages.
Additionalnote:One must adhere to thelocal Performance with Choice policy for hybrid working currently requiring presence at GSK AsiaHousea minimum of three days per week.

Related experienceand/orinterestin Occupational health
Good insights into the healthcare industrywould be an advantage
Familiarity with statistical software and data management (e.g.Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP or other data analytics software)
Experience in project/event management
Strong presentation communication and multimedia skills (such as Microsoft Office)
Analytics driven outcomes focused and impact oriented
Drive and confidence to trust your own judgment
Great project management skills and the ability toprioritise
