CCTV Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Conducting service and calibration procedures for spectrophotometers, color readers, illuminance meters, and light meters.
• Performing calibration, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with standards set by the manufacturing facility in Japan.
• Executing adjustments, alignments, replacements, and repairs of equipment and components as per equipment manuals and schematics, utilizing appropriate soldering tools.
• Providing precise technical support by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and completion of service reports to comprehensively document all repair and calibration activities.
• Monitoring repair cases to guarantee timely completion within the turnaround time specified by the factory guidelines.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant
• Minimum with 2 year working experience in CCTV/ Security Industry
