Site Engineer (Pipe Works & Road Construction)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee road construction and underground utility infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with project stakeholders to achieve timely project delivery.

Job Description

• Supervise daily site operations for roda constuction, water pipe installation, pipe jacking, and ground foundation works
• Monitor construction progress to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specification and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultantsm subcontracctors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Implement and monitor traffic diersion measure in accordance with approved traffic management plans.
• Ensure complinace with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, quality standards, and statutory reguralation.
• Conduct site inpections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Prepare site progress reort, work schedules, and project documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and successful project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• A Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects. Experience working on projects in Singapore will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in road construction, waterp pipeline installation, pipe jacking and underground works is preferred and will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with PUB, LTA, BCA regulations will be an advantage.
• Good communication , coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
