Job Summary

Join a reputable international bank’s Treasury team in Singapore to support treasury operations, conduct market research, and assist in global investment strategy analysis. This entry-level role offers exposure to front-to-middle office functions in global markets and investment management.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily treasury operations to ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for the Singapore Branch and Head Office
• Conduct market research and analyze global investment strategies to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Provide administrative and coordination support, managing multiple priorities and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Department Head

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, Quantitative Statistics, or STEM-related disciplines
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, Excel, or VBA to enhance data analysis and reporting
• Effective bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin to engage internal and external stakeholders across the region (Mandarin proficiency supports regional collaboration)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior internship or work experience in financial institutions
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous
