As an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer you will play a key role in ensuring the safe reliable and efficient operation of critical manufacturing facilities while contributing to continuous improvement and plant optimisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities for instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
- Plan coordinate and execute major maintenance activities with a strong emphasis on safety quality and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with production engineering contractors and external stakeholders to minimise downtime and ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
- Conduct instrumentation studies troubleshoot complex plant issues and implement system modifications based on operational and business requirements.
- Support plant improvement projects involving instrumentation automation and process control systems.
- Provide technical guidance and competency development for technicians and contractors through structured training and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with quality environmental and safety management systems including ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and SS651 standards.
- Participate in emergency response activities and provide timely technical support for critical instrumentation issues.

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical & Electronic Engineering Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance or engineering experience within the petrochemical chemical refinery power generation oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors.
- Hands-on experience maintaining plant instrumentation and process control equipment.
- Exposure to Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Process Gas Chromatographs (PGC) or other industrial automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP PM and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
