Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with global stakeholders to gather analyze and document EMS requirements in alignment with product strategy.
- Translate business needs into user stories process flows and acceptance criteria for scalable trading platforms.
- Lead EMS platform transformation initiatives by coordinating vendors technology teams and controls to ensure compliant and timely delivery.
- Perform gap analysis by comparing current execution workflows with future state capabilities to drive continuous improvements.
- Support integration design using APIs and FIX enabling connectivity across brokers markets and internal systems.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years business analysis experience in capital markets with strong proven trading systems exposure.
- Deep knowledge of execution management systems order lifecycle and trading workflows within wealth management environments.
- Hands-on experience with APIs including REST HTTPS and FIX for low latency system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems using structured thinking and data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders influencing decisions and navigating organizations across business and technology teams.
