Order Processing Executive (West / Gasket & Sealing) [EL]

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in managing customer orders from quotation to delivery

• Ensure accurate order entry and documentation in SAP / internal systems
• Liaise with suppliers on order status, lead time and shipment arrangement
• Prepare Proforma Invoice and ensure pricing follows agreed contract terms
• Coordinate internally with Finance, Operations and Production for timely fulfilment
• Maintain accurate product codes, part numbers and documentation in IMS
• Support sample coordination and customer requests
• Assist in preparing credit note documentation when required
• Provide timely updates to Sales team and customers on order progress
