We are you passionate about packaging innovation sustainability and bringing new products to market
We are seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to lead packaging development across a diverse portfolio of food throughout the APAC region. This is a high-impact role where you will drive innovation sustainability initiatives packaging optimisation and technical excellence from concept through to commercialisation.
What Youll Do
- Lead packaging development for new product launches and innovation projects
- Drive sustainable packaging initiatives and recyclability improvements
- Support manufacturing trials commissioning and scale-up activities
- Deliver value engineering and cost optimisation programs
- Resolve packaging quality and performance challenges
- Partner with suppliers to identify new technologies and packaging solutions
- Collaborate closely with R&D Marketing Operations Quality and Supply Chain teams across APAC
What Were Looking For
- 6 years packaging experience within FMCG food manufacturing in particular
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials technologies and packaging development processes
- Experience leading cross-functional packaging projects from concept to launch
- Background in sustainable packaging packaging optimisation or packaging innovation
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Degree in Packaging Engineering Material Science or a related field
