Flexi Part-Time Catering Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

Join our catering team and gain hands-on experience in kitchen preparation, order fulfilment and event support. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation, portioning and plating.
• Pack and label catering orders accurately.
• Prepare utensils, condiments and equipment for delivery.
• Support catering event setup and breakdown when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with stock arrangement and other kitchen duties assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a kitchen and fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and carry catering supplies safely.
• Responsible, punctual and a good team player.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Prior F&B or kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Must be able to commit min. 20 hours per week (over 4 days) & a min. commitment of 6 months.
