Full Stack Engineer / Software Engineer (AI Products / Golang / Growth Platform)

Roles & Responsibilities

My Client:

My client is a global technology company building AI-powered products and scalable platforms that support user growth and digital advertising initiatives. The engineering team is expanding and works closely with product, creative, data, and engineering stakeholders across regions. While the role covers both frontend and backend development, the primary focus will be on backend services, platform architecture, and AI-enabled product workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and iterate on full-stack product capabilities, with approximately 60–70% of the work focused on backend engineering.
• Build scalable backend services and platform components primarily using Golang.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear data models, service APIs, system workflows, and technical solutions.
• Integrate AI models and agentic capabilities into practical product workflows, ensuring outputs are understandable, verifiable, traceable, and reversible.
• Build reliable systems with strong attention to security, access control, data isolation, stability, and scalability.
• Take ownership of features from requirement analysis and architecture design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery efficiency while maintaining high standards of code quality and reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with full-stack or backend-leaning full-stack development exposure.
• Strong programming skills in Golang; experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or other backend languages is also relevant.
• Familiarity with modern web application architecture and frontend technologies such as React, Vue, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, caching, messaging systems, file/object storage, access control, or data isolation.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools and interested in the practical application of LLMs, AI Agents, or generative AI technologies.
