We are looking for Team Leader (Shang Palace)to join our team!

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow

• Lead the service team to deliver high-quality personalized guest experiences

• Greet and seat guests manage reservations and handle guest feedback professionally

• Ensure proper table settings menu presentation and adherence to service standards

• Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely food delivery

• Train and guide junior staff on Shang Palace service protocols and etiquette

• Maintain cleanliness orderliness and readiness of the restaurant before during and after service

• Assist in managing team schedules attendance and grooming standards

Requirement:

• 24 years of experience in Chinese fine dining or luxury hotel F&B operations
