  Job Description:

  • Prepare, review, and consolidate financial results in compliance with SFRS and Group policies.

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare periodic financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.

  • Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify key variances, and recommend improvement initiatives.

  • Review project costing and business unit performance to support corporate and financial objectives.

  • Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, banking facilities, and foreign exchange exposure.

  • Prepare timely financial reports, dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations.

  • Monitor financial KPIs and provide insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with business units, auditors, the Group Tax team, and external consultants on audits, tax matters, and financial reporting.

  • Oversee daily finance operations and drive continuous improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

  Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA)

  • At least 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar finance role.
