Overview

HPE Education is undergoing a transformation to establish a regional Delivery Operations organization. This senior delivery manager role leads a regionally dispersed team to deliver high quality, cost‑effective, instructor‑led training services and to execute HPE Education’s strategic shift and transformation plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional and solution‑specific delivery personnel.
• Manage a network of education delivery partners and lead the selection and operational management of external vendors.
• Ensure quality of training service delivery, delivery processes, and a consistent regional customer training experience.
• Act as single point of accountability for highly efficient and centralized instructor‑led training experiences regionally.
• Implement regional standardization and governance of delivery processes and resources.
• Collaborate closely with the Portfolio team and other stakeholders (Portfolio, Geo, Pursuit) to improve training content, delivery methods, and readiness through customer/instructor feedback.
• Manage delivery costs within defined budget constraints.
• Drive customer consumption of Education Learning Credits through efficient collaboration with Education Services Geo Leads.
• Oversee training registration and delivery process design.
• Drive strategic transformation and execution of the Delivery function on a regional scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a delivery organization within the services industry.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to drive cost‑effectiveness while maintaining quality.
• Proven history of developing and implementing innovative delivery approaches.
• Analytical ability to measure effectiveness by defining operational metrics, creating tracking systems, and communicating results to the executive team.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects and matrix organizations.
• Established leadership experience with the ability to build consensus.
• Strong ability to translate delivery goals into actionable, measurable initiatives.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills; proven ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
