Cleaning Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to complete all scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Inspect cleaning work to guarantee quality standards are met.
• Identif any issues or areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and properly maintained.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
• Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to develop their skills and ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to cleaning activities.
• Assist the management team with administrative duties as required.
• Assign duties and monitor daily workload of cleaners.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Prepare and submit reports on staff performance and cleaning status.

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
4. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure
5. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
6. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning environments.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting purposes.
