Hustle Institute Pte Ltd provides SkillsFuture-supported courses in Media, Marketing, and Design to help individuals upgrade their professional skills and advance their careers.

We are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy engaging with people and are confident in presenting education programmes to prospective learners at roadshows and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members of the public at education roadshows, outreach events, and promotional activities
• Introduce and recommend suitable training programmes based on learners’ needs and career goals
• Explain course benefits, SkillsFuture funding options, and enrolment procedures
• Achieve enrolment targets through effective engagement and follow-up with prospective learners
• Maintain professional relationships with learners and provide guidance throughout the enrolment process

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or client engagement is an advantage
• Experience in industries such as insurance, banking, retail sales, roadshows, telesales, or direct sales is beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in event-based and public-facing environments
