Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional skin analysis and perform facial treatment
• Assess client needs and educate them on products, skincare techniques and routines
• Provide excellent customer care and beauty advice
• Following the scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule
• Maintain hygiene/cleanliness of treatment rooms and other random job duties
• Reference and abide by spa's house rules, policies and standard operating procedures
• Customer service oriented
• Candidates with ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or WSQ certification an advantage (Those without certs. can still apply)
• At least 1 -3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Full-Time/Permanent Position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"N" or "O" Level, Professional Certificate such as CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC / NITEC in beauty and wellness or relevant certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of working as a Beautician / Facial and body therapist in an established spa/aesthetic clinic.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking patients).
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
• Good service-oriented approach and initiative.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to start work at short notice
