Air Freight Operations Executive (East / 5.5 Days / PM Shift) [EL]

Roles & Responsibilities

Working hours:

Mon – Fri & Sat (Half day) [5.5 days]

• Mon to Fri 12pm to 9pm
• Sat 12pm to 4pm

Job Description:

• Managed end-to-end air export shipments, ensuring timely coordination from booking confirmation through final flight departure.
• Coordinated cargo collection, consolidation, palletization, and warehouse operations to facilitate efficient cargo handling and on-time departures.
• Prepared and verified export documentation, including House Air Waybills (HAWB), Master Air Waybills (MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, export permits, and other shipping documents.
• Liaised with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, overseas offices, customers, and business partners to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Monitored shipment schedules and cargo status, proactively resolving shipment exceptions and providing timely updates to customers.
• Responded to customer inquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation requirements, and shipment status while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensured compliance with customer-specific requirements, company SOPs, airline regulations, and international air freight forwarding procedures.
• Maintained accurate shipment records and operational documentation to support efficient export operations and regulatory compliance.
• Achieved operational service levels and customer KPIs while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Performed other ad hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
