Operation Supervisor (Tyres) / Automotive @Pandan Road - Islandwide, SG

Job descriptionSupervise, lead, and motivate a team of service technicians (Majority China nationals). Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing. Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop. Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers. Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments. Assist service notifications, inventory replenish, and tools & equipment maintenance. Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts and standby for night service calls on a rotational basis. Experience supervising workers in automotive workshop environment Experience in manpower deployment of drivers is preferred

- Salary range : $2500 - $3500 Basic + $300 Standby Allowance
- Working hours : Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am-2.30pm
