Urgent: Maintenance / Equipment Engineer (MNC / Manufacturing / EMS)
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Perform immediate on-site troubleshooting and maintenance for automated machinery to prevent production defects and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with suppliers and foreign factory teams to resolve persistent technical issues, providing remote support as needed per established guidelines.
- Set up and optimize production flows, ensuring machinery consistently achieves targeted Units Per Hour (UPH) and cycle time standards.
- Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by facilitating the smooth, defect-free implementation of automated manufacturing equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with automated equipment setups, cycle time optimization, and compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to operate independently.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
