Semiconductor Gas Piping QC Testing Engineer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

As our Singapore operations continue to expand, we are looking for a Semiconductor Gas Piping QC Testing Engineer to join our team and support our semiconductor engineering projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform QC inspection and testing of gas piping systems at semiconductor project sites.
- Inspect piping installation and workmanship according to approved drawings and project requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate required piping tests and inspections.
- Identify defects or non conformities and follow up on rectification works.
- Prepare inspection reports, test reports, checklists and QC documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing results.
- Review engineering drawings, piping layouts and relevant technical documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors and customers on inspection and testing activities.
- Support final inspection, testing, project completion and handover.
- Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and project requirements.
- Perform other related engineering or QC duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in semiconductor facilities, gas piping, process piping, QC inspection or piping testing is preferred.
- Semiconductor fab/project experience will be an advantage.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and piping layouts.
- Familiar with inspection, testing and QC documentation.
- Good attention to detail and a strong quality and safety mindset.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work at different project/customer sites in Singapore when required.
