SECURITY OFFICER

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Perform access control by verifying personnel passes and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Conduct security screening, including baggage and belongings checks using approved screening procedures and equipment.
• Carry out patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activities, identify security risks, and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform visitor and screening in accordance with site security requirements.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established procedures.
• Guard properties, preventing thefts
• Provide assistance and directions to visitors, contractors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Conduct access pass verification, property checks, and random security inspections.
• Conduct changing of pass in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Ensure prohibited or restricted items are detected and handled according to established procedures.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Operations Team.
• Safely escort individuals, including employees, contractors and VIPs within the premises, ensuring they reach their destination without any security concerns

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Security Officer
• RTT and OBSE certified
• Experience in MNC environment
• 1 notification available

Location:

• Dhoby Ghaut
• One Raffles Link
• Changi Business Park

Successful candidates will be deployed on a rotational monthly basis across the above locations based on operational requirements.

Working Hours:

• Shift Roster: 5 days or 6 days working week, off days will depend on roster
• 8 hour Rotating Shifts (0700-1500 – Day, 1500-2300 – Mid, 2300-0700 – Night)
