Bar Manager Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay

• Oversee daily bar operations and coordinate with F&B kitchen stewarding and front office to ensure seamless guest service
• Maintain 5-star standards of cleanliness setup glassware polish and ambience at all times
• Act as the senior point of contact on the floor during peak hours supporting bartenders and resolving issues in real time
• Recruit train schedule and supervise bartenders and mixologists
• Develop seasonal promotions and signature cocktails aligned with international drink trends to drive revenue
• Monitor stock levels place orders and manage supplier relationships for liquor beverages and bar supplies

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of extensive experience managing bar operations within a hotel environment
• Strong leadership communication and training skills
• Service-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Food & Beverage certification(s) will be an advantage
