Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview: You will provide comprehensive financial advisory services to individuals and families, helping them achieve their financial goals and securing their financial futures.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalised financial and insurance advisory to clients based on their needs and goals

Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach activities

Recommend suitable insurance and investment products (e.g., life, health, savings, ILPs)

Conduct financial reviews and portfolio planning for individuals and families

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and servicing

Support clients with policy applications, claims, and servicing matters

Stay updated on market trends, products, and MAS regulations (e.g., CMFAS requirements)

Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

Requirements:

CMFAS Certifications (M5, M5(a), M9, M9(a), M8(a), HI etc.) or willingness to obtain them

Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and risk management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for helping clients succeed financially.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
