Enoteca Group, founded in 1988, specializes in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce across Japan and Asia. Enoteca Singapore operates wine distribution and retail, serving hotels, restaurants, and bars. The Enoteca Shop at Takashimaya offers 1000 SKUs, including rare and large-format wines.

Job Summary

You will assist customers with wine selection, maintain an inviting store environment, organize merchandise displays, and support events and promotions to enhance customer experience and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them promptly upon arrival to enhance their shopping experience
• Advise customers on wine selection based on their preferences and needs to support informed purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to ensure a positive atmosphere for customers
• Organize and update merchandise displays regularly to showcase products effectively and attractively
• Participate actively in events, promotions, and roadshows to support marketing efforts and increase brand visibility
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support store operations and team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate interest in wine and willingness to learn about wine products to improve customer guidance
• Exhibit a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude to foster positive customer interactions
• Flexibility to work part-time, 6 hours per day, 7-10 days monthly, adapting to store scheduling needs
