Are you a seasoned F&B operations leader ready to take charge of multiple restaurant brands and drive business growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing F&B group in Singapore, where you will play a key role in shaping operational excellence, profitability and team performance.

🍽️ Your Role

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of at least 2 restaurant brands.
• Take ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability and business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the planning and coordination of new outlet openings.
• Establish and maintain high standards for service quality, food safety and operational excellence.
• Monitor outlet performance, analyse costs and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure consistent product and service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and service teams.
• Optimise manpower deployment and build a strong, high-performing service culture.
• Work closely with senior management on business and operational initiatives.

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of F&B experience, preferably in multi-outlet or multi-brand restaurant operations.
• Strong track record in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and operational improvements.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, service standards and food safety.
• Commercially driven, strategic and hands-on with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multi-brand F&B operations or new outlet openings will be highly advantageous.
