Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Service Technician – Home Appliances
Location: Ubi
Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday
Working Hours: 8.45AM to 5.30PM, Saturday - 8.45AM to 12.30PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,000 Basic + OT
Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical
Duration: Permanent

Our client is an established service provider supporting home appliance maintenance and repair across Singapore. They are seeking a hands-on Service Technician to diagnose faults, perform repairs and provide professional onsite service to customers.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair home appliances at customer homes and offices.
Perform preventive maintenance and functional checks.
Explain repair findings and required services to customers.
Prepare service reports and repair cost estimates.
Use appropriate tools and test equipment for troubleshooting.
Attend technical training and support other service duties when required.

Requirements:

Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related discipline is advantageous.
Basic electrical or appliance knowledge will be useful; training will be provided.
Good troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Able to travel to customer locations across Singapore.
Able to safely handle and move appliances occasionally.
