Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions
• Build talent pipelines for various roles, including engineers, project managers, and site workers
• Ensure compliance with industry hiring standards and regulations
• Implement innovative recruitment methods to stay ahead in the competitive market

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience as senior recruitment role, preferably in construction or related industries
✅ Strong understanding of construction industry roles and workforce needs
✅ Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices
