Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary
🕒 Working Days and Hours: Staggered office hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM // 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM // 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM // 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM // 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM // 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM

🏥 Working Locations: Polyclinic located @ the West side

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure medicines are topped up regularly to facilitate smooth dispensing process

• Accurately pack and dispense all prescriptions according to set standards and guidelines

• Provide specialised pharmacy counselling to patients so as to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcome.

• Ensure proper housekeeping of the pharmacy premises and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the work area and storerooms.

• Monitor the stock status of the repackaged medications and ensure the replenishment of stocks promptly.

• Monitor IT/Automation equipment to ensure that they are in working

condition and to feedback to supervisor on malfunction issues.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, OR Certified Pharmacy Technician qualification
