Job Summary

You will lead and manage site logistics and operational workflows, driving team performance and ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with clients and management to address feedback and operational issues, while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with clients to gather feedback and report actionable insights to management
• Coordinate logistics to support efficient site operations and timely delivery
• Develop and manage employee workflows by creating schedules and delegating tasks to optimize productivity
• Assess employee performance regularly to identify improvement opportunities and implement development plans
• Set clear performance goals aligned with company objectives and monitor compliance to achieve business targets
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve operational and service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Escalate operational irregularities promptly to the Operations Manager for timely resolution
• Maintain inventory accuracy through planned cycle counts, monthly reconciliations, and detailed inventory analysis and reporting
• Supervise employees to enforce standard operating procedures and ensure proper use and care of equipment, materials, and supplies
• Deliver training programs to staff to enhance skills and operational effectiveness
• Work overtime and on Sundays as required to meet operational demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least a Class 3 driving license
