Gaming Product Consultant (Table Games)

Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate gaming professional with hands-on casino experience to contribute to the design and optimisation of our casino game products - help design gameplay experiences, refine game rules and operational flows, and review game prototypes. Drawing experience from both dealer and player perspectives, you will provide practical insights that help our product team create more authentic, seamless, and immersive gaming experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gameplay Experience Design: In-depth testing of table game products (e.g., Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo); propose gameplay and flow optimizations from dealing procedure and player perspectives; define card-playing experiences that align with player habits.

• Game Rules Optimization: Review game rules against international and local market practices. Advise on regional variations across markets such as Macau, Singapore, and the Philippines, and recommend improvements to special gameplay variants.

• Dealer Process Design: Apply real-world casino experience to refine dealing mechanics, card collection, payout processes, betting rhythms, dealer wait times, and animation pacing, enhancing the authenticity and overall viewing experience.

• Product Experience Review: Participate in prototype reviews, feature evaluations, and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing clear and actionable feedback.

• Player Behavior Analysis: Apply casino industry knowledge to analyse player motivations, betting behaviours, retention drivers, frequently performed actions, and potential drop-off points to support product improvement.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on casino work experience with direct involvement in table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of standard casino operating procedures (SOPs) and dealer workflows
• Thorough understanding of table game rules, regional gameplay variations, and player behaviour
• Ability to translate dealer and player insights into structured documentation and actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Game Design, UX, and Animation teams
• Strong interest in casino games and a high level of sensitivity to gameplay and player experience
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate professional observations clearly.
• Enthusiasm for product development, gameplay innovation, and continuous improvement.
