Legal & Compliance Officer Assistant Officer Wealth & Custody

Currently were hiring an earlycareer / junior professional to join our Fortune 500 financial services client on a temptoperm basis providing legal compliance and related support across their wealth and custody products.

This is a strong entry point for junior talent to break into HNW wealth insurance and assetmanagement work with a clear path to permanent hire and high exposure to custody product and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support legal compliance and related work across custodian arrangements and assetmanagement structures for HNW client assets.
• Assist with commercial and product documentation for life insurance investment and wealth products (including HNW insurance / VUL where applicable).
• Help coordinate new product launches tracking approvals conditions and documentation with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Conduct targeted regulatory and market research turning findings into clear practical summaries for the business.
• Liaise with operations front office and external service providers to resolve daytoday custody and documentation issues.
• Contribute to process improvements around documentation checks and recordkeeping to enhance control and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Junior or earlycareer professional with internship or work experience (legal/compliance or operational) in a trustee company securities firm custodian bank or corporateservice provider dealing with client assets or investment products.
• Exposure to custody assetmanagement or wealth/insurance products (HNW insurance / VUL experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong critical thinking attention to detail and documentation skills; comfortable reading and working with commercial and product agreements.
• Highattitude hire: meticulous resourceful culturally aware and keen to learn with a proactive notasktoosmall mindset and interest in building a career in wealth / legal / compliance.
