Legal Consultant Compliance

Axiom is currentlylooking for aCompliance professional to support building up the compliance framework from the ground up with one of our top tier clients. The environment is fast paced and the ideal candidate should be someone who can plug in quickly with solid grounding in corecompliancework this is not a role focused on tracking regulatory change.

Responsibilities:

• Support the build-out of thecomplianceframework including policies and procedures
• Conductcomplianceassessments and risk assessments
• Conductcompliancetraining
• Plan and manage thecompliancepipeline
• Handle generalcomplianceand regulatory work

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates with 6 years of experience with solid complianceframework-building experience
• Prior experience building or implementingcomplianceframeworks and policies from scratch ideally in a similar high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience conductingcomplianceassessments and risk assessments with the ability to identify and remediate gaps quickly
• Training and education experience as they need someone to help upskill their internal teams oncompliancematters
• Comfort with operationalcompliance and policy development not someone focused solely on regulatory tracking or change management
