• Oversee service delivery processes to ensure operational efficiency.

• Develop and enforce incident management and resolution procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align service delivery with business needs.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and reliability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SRE & Service Delivery Lead should have:

• A strong technical background in service reliability and delivery.
• Experience in managing technology services within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools and incident management frameworks.
• The ability to analyse and resolve system performance issues effectively.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of best practices in service delivery and reliability.
