Roles & Responsibilities

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Claimable transport + Allowance

Working days: 5.5 days

Location: Genting Lane Platinum

Key Responsibilities

• Cost & Claims Management: Track budgets, scope changes, and project milestones while submitting progress and variation claims.

• Procurement & Subcontracts: Source suppliers, select subcontractors, and evaluate incoming payment applications against contract terms.

• Contract Administration: Audit contracts, handle final account settlements, and manage sub-contractor correspondence.

• Delay & Extension Claims: Collaborate with management to draft and document claims for time extensions, cost revisions, and project delays.

• Reporting & Administration: Monitor project progress using SAP and OA platforms, attend key updates, and complete additional duties as directed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, Professional Diploma, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.

• Language Skills: Professional fluency (listening and speaking) in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays (with remote work options available for Saturday shifts).
