Working Week: 5 Days
Salary: SGD 5,000 – SGD 6,500 (Highly Negotiable)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering major LTA MRT Station and Civil Infrastructure projects across Singapore. With multiple project awards secured, we are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to coordinate M&E works and interfaces across large-scale MRT projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate M&E works for major LTA / MRT construction projects.
• Coordinate M&E services with civil, structural, architectural and station works.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions and construction requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams on M&E coordination matters.
• Identify and resolve M&E interface, technical and site coordination issues.
• Attend technical, coordination and site meetings as required.
• Maintain relevant drawings, submissions, records and project documentation.
• Ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, quality, safety and LTA requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in M&E coordination within the Singapore construction industry.
• LTA, MRT or major infrastructure project experience strongly preferred.
• Main Contractor experience will be highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of M&E services, drawings, technical submissions and site coordination.
• Strong technical coordination, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
