Job Descriptions:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and be a brand ambassador on the shop floor

• Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic retail team to achieve store goals

• Drive sales performance through product knowledge and commercial awareness

• Analyse sales trends and take action to maximise opportunities

• Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and smooth store operations

• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members

• Create a positive, high-energy team culture focused on results

• Maintain brand image, grooming standards, and professionalism

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety, and cash handling

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in retail industry, preferably in fashion

• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

• Experience in retail sales and management

• Strong flair in customer service and results driven

• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
