*New* (Temp) Planning & Procurement Executive - #HJZ

Roles & Responsibilities

Working alongside project teams, healthcare professionals, consultants and other stakeholders, you will help coordinate information, monitor progress and ensure procurement activities move forward smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage project, FFE and procurement trackers.

• Consolidate and reconcile information relating to equipment, quantities and costs.

• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards and procurement-related documents.

• Monitor key milestones and follow up on outstanding actions with stakeholders.

• Support meetings and workgroups through agenda preparation, minutes and action tracking.

• Assist with business cases, funding requests and approval documentation.

• Ensure proper document management and version control.

• Provide general coordination and administrative support to the project team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building / Construction, Project Management, Supply Chain / Procurement, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Highly organised and meticulous, with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with numbers, costs, quantities and large sets of data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

• Experience in procurement, project coordination, healthcare, engineering or construction will be an advantage.
