Roles & Responsibilities

📍 Location: Orchard
💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
📄 Employment Type: 3-Month Contract to Perm

Join a customer-focused dental clinic as a Treatment Coordinator! If you enjoy interacting with people, providing excellent service and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their healthcare journey, this could be the role for you.

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm

• Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm

• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Job Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and appointment-related matters.

• Manage cashiering and payment transactions.

• Attend to patient enquiries and customer feedback professionally.

• Explain and guide patients on the treatments they will be receiving prior to their procedures.

• Provide excellent value-added service and help patients understand the value and benefits of the clinic's treatments and services.

• Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for patients throughout their visit.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable interacting with patients and addressing their enquiries.

• Able to explain information clearly and professionally.

• Relevant customer service, healthcare or clinic experience will be advantageous.

• Candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered for a higher salary.
