Job Summary

The Business Analyst (Apps Services) bridges business needs and technology solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to deliver, govern, and maintain IT applications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners, project managers, solution architects, technical consultants, and security teams to implement and maintain IT solutions
• Gather and analyze business, database, and application requirements to inform solution design
• Develop application and solution designs including wireframes, workflows, and data architecture to support business objectives
• Map business processes and analyze data to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of ideas and solutions
• Conduct testing, incident and problem management, and oversee change management processes to ensure solution quality and compliance
• Assess IT risks and compliance requirements to support governance of agency applications
• Present ideas and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences to facilitate decision-making
• Drive problem-solving and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate proactive, self-motivated teamwork to support project success
