Specification Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing and Sales to support business growth and product specification strategies.

• Engage with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities during the concept and design stages to promote product inclusion, approval, and specification in projects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to increase product visibility and project opportunities.

• Monitor and manage project pipelines, ensuring timely conversion of product specifications into secured projects.

• Achieve assigned specification targets and support sales objectives through effective project engagement and follow-up activities.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for expansion.

• Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, product positioning, and customer requirements to develop effective business strategies.

• Evaluate competitors’ market presence, strengths, and weaknesses, and recommend strategies to enhance product competitiveness and market share.

• Provide market insights and feedback to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

• Support marketing and sales initiatives through seminars, product presentations, trade exhibitions, advertisements, and other promotional activities.

• Assist in strengthening brand awareness and market positioning within the construction and building industry.

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.

• Work closely with the R&D team by providing market feedback, customer insights, and industry trends to support product improvements and innovation.

• Assist in developing product strategies, including pricing recommendations and market positioning.

• Review technical requirements, project specifications, and industry standards to ensure product compliance and suitability.
