IT Sales Coordinator (Permanent)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily activities of the sales team, including procurement processes and documentation management.
• Monitor and analyze monthly sales forecasts and track ongoing sales performance.
• Manage product sales operations, including solutions such as M365, Veeam licenses, and HULFT.
• Administer and maintain contracts between vendors and customers.
• Generate and process invoices related to the Infrastructure department.
• Work closely with team members to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Supervise and ensure the performance and availability of infrastructure and systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Basic proficiency in IT tools, including PCs, email platforms, and internal systems.
• General knowledge of the IT industry, with foundational understanding of infrastructure (network, servers, and cloud).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with both local and offshore teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and a positive contributor to team dynamics.
• Demonstrates strong ownership, urgency, and initiative in tasks.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
