Our client is a Financial Advisory firm with one of the oldest insurers in Singapore. They have multiple openings for the Financial Advisor/Planner position.

The role centers on delivering financial planning, investment, and insurance solutions to both individual customers and corporate clients. It provides a structured corporate career path with opportunities to focus on B2B corporate insurance and employee benefits.
The role is commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Financial Advisory: Gain a clear understanding of the short- and long-term financial objectives of individual or corporate clients
• Product Matching & Sales: Identify, recommend, and sell suitable investment, insurance, savings, or group employee benefit solutions.
• Relationship Management: Develop, strengthen, and maintain lasting client relationships to support retention and continued service.
• Customer Service: Deliver quality advisory experiences while providing excellent ongoing customer support.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training, mentorship, and closing support will be provided.
• Regulatory Certifications: Candidates must pass 4 CMFAS exams before officially starting the role:
• RES5 (Rules & Regulations for Financial Advisory Services)
• M9 (Life Insurance & Investment-Linked Policies)
• M9A (Life Insurance Law)
• HI (Health Insurance)

Note: Candidates who already hold these certifications are highly preferred (counted as a bonus).
