Job Summary
The Documentation Executive will manage export/import documentation, coordinate with banks and shipping lines, and prepare regular management reports to support smooth trade operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare export and import documents accurately according to Letters of Credit (LC) or contract requirements to ensure compliance and timely processing
- Submit documentation to banks and coordinate with them to facilitate payment and clearance processes
- Communicate proactively with clients to follow up on documentation status and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with shipping lines to track shipments and obtain necessary documents for clearance
- Collect documents from shipping lines and banks, then take appropriate actions to maintain workflow continuity
- Compile and prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide operational insights
- Perform adhoc administrative duties to support the documentation and logistics team as needed
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in export/import documentation and coordination
Work week: Monday to Friday
Work location: Ubi Ave 3
Salary: Up to SGD 3,500, negotiable based on experience
