Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. Experience with Salesforce Industries, particularly Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Omni Studio, will be an advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing and supporting Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure Salesforce applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce functionalities through configuration and, where required, Apex or Visualforce customization.
• Configure and utilize Salesforce Omni Studio components, including Omni scripts, Integration Procedures and Data Raptors.
• Support packaged or SaaS applications, including system releases, enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyse technical requirements and contribute to application integration and customization solutions.
• Work closely with business users, project teams and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting and quality assurance to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Provide technical support, guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with Salesforce platform updates, industry practices and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.

Proficiency in Salesforce Omni Studio, including Omni scripts, Integration Procedures and Data Raptors, is highly preferred.

Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions (PSS) will be an advantage.

Knowledge of packaged application development, application integration and software platforms is beneficial.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop practical and efficient solutions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Ability to take ownership of assigned deliverables and contribute to technical decisions.

Must hold at least one of the following Salesforce certifications, or an equivalent advanced-level certification:

Salesforce Platform App Builder

Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

Salesforce Platform Developer I

Salesforce Platform Developer II
