Operations Supervisor/Warehouse Supervisor (Data Centre Logistics) - Up to $5500

Roles & Responsibilities

• Position: Operations/Warehouse Supervisor (Data Centre Logistics)
• Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 basic + AWS + medical and dental benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry: Logistics (MNC)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily data center logistics operations, including rack deployment, hardware handling, reverse logistics and ticket management.
• Monitor SLA and SLO performance across multiple sites and ensure service standards are achieved.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team while managing performance and staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer, safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate manpower, maintenance schedules and 5S housekeeping activities.
• Attend customer meetings, resolve operational issues and prepare performance reports.
• Monitor team utilization, productivity and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse or data center operations.
• Diploma or Degree will be an advantage.
• Proven experience leading operational teams.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, network components or data center operations will be an advantage.
• Able to perform manual handling of equipment up to 25kg when required.
• Willing to travel between customer sites when required.
