VP – Credit Portfolio Management (Structured/Project Finance)

A leading global bank is hiring a VP for its Credit Portfolio Management team, focused on structured, project, and blended finance transactions, with exposure to digital infrastructure a plus.

The Role

• Prepare credit applications, risk assessments, and financial/sensitivity analyses for a portfolio of structured, project, and blended finance transactions
• Distil complex credit structures into clear, approver-ready applications
• Manage timely circulation, review, and approval of credit applications and consent requests
• Partner closely with Credit and origination teams; respond promptly to credit-related queries
• Provide regular portfolio updates and escalate material risks to Team Lead/Head of CPM
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across the portfolio; support audit and remediation efforts
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to regulators, head office, and internal stakeholders
• Work both independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and best practices

What You'll Need

• 7-10 years in credit analysis and portfolio management, with structured/project finance as a core strength; digital infrastructure exposure a plus
• Strong credit judgment across complex capital structures, collateral pools, and bespoke financing
• High proficiency in financial modelling, cashflow projections, and sensitivity analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven stakeholder management with senior stakeholders, credit committees, and control functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
